Brandon Darby, editor-in-chief for Breitbart Texas, has spent a lot of time at the Texas-Mexico border documenting what some people are referring to as an invasion. Tens of thousands of illegal aliens have entered the country this year alone. Pictures of thousands of illegal aliens on rooftops of trains headed to the U.S. border are an indication that there is no end in sight. The U.S. government then transports these illegal aliens to American cities, with large numbers going to red states like Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi recently held a press conference from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas during which she proclaimed that the United States border and U.S. sovereignty is irrelevant for, in Pelosi’s view, ‘we [including those from Mexico and Central America] are all Americans.’
The Left continues their push for what they call ‘immigration reform’ despite the fact that recent polls show that an overwhelming number of Americans want less immigration, not more. But, that has not stopped Obama from vowing to once again usurp the Constitution by abusing executive orders to enact ‘immigration reform,’ i.e. amnesty.
During a recent visit to the Texas southern border, Darby interviewed Hector Garza who is the National Border Patrol Council Local 2455 spokesman. The interview takes place at a bus station and you can see hundreds of illegal aliens roaming around the bus station waiting for their American taxpayer funded bus trip to a city. There, they will be dropped off at bus stations and told to report to their court date. But, the majority will never show up. Why should they? They are already in America, transported to a city to bring them a new life rather than transported back home.
Garza talks about the overcrowding in the bus stations as well as the food stations and medical clinics set up to care for these illegal aliens. Imagine that. Taxpayer money is being used for medical clinics for illegal aliens while our veterans are left to die since VA hospital workers cared more about their bonuses than providing care.
He continues by calling out the government for their failure to deal with this invasion adequately. Since the Obama administration is trying desperately to control the images being taken at the border and is distorting the pervasive problems that this invasion is creating, it was quite brave of Border Patrol Agent Garza to speak out.
California’s AB 1014 labeled most draconian gun control legislation in the country
by PAUL JOSEPH WATSON | JULY 2, 2014
A draconian gun control bill set to be voted on by the California legislature would allow police to confiscate a person’s firearms solely on the basis of an accusation made against the gun owner by a family member or a health professional.
Although the bill was amended after an onslaught of complaints, the legislation is still being labeled as the harshest gun control law in the country.
AB 1014, authored by Assemblymembers Das Williams and Nancy Skinner, would create ‘gun violence restraining orders’ that would allow police to proactively confiscate firearms and hold them for one year with no due process merely based on an accusation made by an immediate family member, a law enforcement officer or a health professional.
“This bill would allow a search warrant to be issued when the property or things to be seized are a firearm or firearms or ammunition that is in the custody or control of, or is owned or possessed by, a person who is the subject of a gun violence restraining order and who is presently known to have in his or her custody and control or possession, or to own a firearm or firearms or ammunition,” states the bill.
The accusation against the individual has to meet the standard of evidence, “to believe that the subject of the petition poses a significant risk of personal injury to himself, herself, or another by having under his or her custody and control, owning, purchasing, possessing, or receiving a firearm,” states the bill, although the nature of this evidence is not properly defined.
The bill has drawn fiery criticism from gun rights advocates who see the legislation as an onerous assault on the Second Amendment.
“If for example, person A goes to a judge and files a complaint about person B, person B can have his/her guns and gun rights taken away without any idea why or even have the chance to plead their case. Only after law enforcement searched person B, their family, friends, place of work, and anywhere else police might have thought person B hid guns would that person have the right to defend themselves. Guilty until proven innocent,” writes Yehuda Remer.
“This bill goes too far,” Sean Doherty of California Assn. of Federal Firearms Licensees told a Senate panel. “AB 1014 shreds the right of privacy and right of property that has been jurisprudence for decades.”
Even David Warren, of Taxpayers for Improving Public Safety (a group that normally supports gun control legislation), spoke out against the bill, stating that it had “significant constitutional deficiencies” and would not be enforceable.
Having been passed by the California Senate Public Safety Committee, the bill now heads to the legislature for a full vote.
Praises Infowars and PrisonPlanet.com for questioning the administration
by INFOWARS.COM | JULY 1, 2014
After describing how lapdog media figures cozy up to the establishment, conservative radio talk show host and author Michael Savage gave kudos, in particular, to the work of Infowars’ newest reporter Staff Sgt. Joe Biggs, who last week traveled to south Texas where House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was scheduled to give a press conference.
Infowars was denied access to the Congressperson because it was not “pre-credentialed” by the establishment, in other words it was decided the news organization based in central Texas and not far from the border is too dangerous to be allowed near Madame Pelosi, who is known for her fumbling answers to serious questions.
The sources say security forces called themselves the “Brown Shirts”
by MAC SLAVO | SHTFPLAN.COM | JULY 2, 2014
In the run up to the 2008 Presidential election Barack Obama promised he would work to implement a domestic security force which would rival that of the U.S. military. It was an idea heavily criticized by his opponents because of fears that such an organization would bear similarity to World War II era spying groups that policed the citizens of Nazi Germany.
Many dubbed Obama’s proposed force the “Brown Shirts,” a term often used to describe a Nazi assault force and one that has repeatedly been associated with extremist nationalists for their unwavering willingness to take and execute orders without question or contemplation. Brown shirt brigades were tasked with, among other things, arresting dissidents, silencing criticism and wholesale executions of those who could not be reeducated.
For the majority, the notion that such a force would be assembled in the United States was nothing but another conspiracy originating from the lunatic right wing. But in October of 2012 the Department of Homeland Security quietly graduated their first corp of civilian responders under the new program. And since then it is likely that thousands more have been trained and deployed across the country to be called upon in the event of an emergency.
And if there were ever an emergency that required a military level response in the United States, many believe it is happening right now on the Southern border as hundreds of thousands of migrants make their way illegally into America. Because of the sheer number of people heading to the U.S. and the complete failure, whether by chance or by design, of the Obama administration to secure the border, America is now faced with housing, feeding, clothing and providing medical care for more people than it was prepared to handle.
In response, rather than deploy Homeland Security or the National Guard to stop the migration at its source, the Administration has instead set up makeshift internment camps, some of which put scores of people in a room the size of a studio apartment. As a result, disease has spread and civilian emergency personnel have been tasked with providing care.
But among the doctors and caregivers is also a private security force that has been hired to keep the peace. And according to several people working inside the camps, the security groups have turned their attention not towards keeping peace between the migrants, but rather, at keeping the goings on of the facilities completely secret from the general public.
According to the unnamed source, who could not provide video documentation of these events because cell phones are not allowed in the facility, the security force is reportedly calling itself the “Brown Shirts.” The insider says they have been given orders to arrest anyone speaking to the public or using cell phones, and have implemented what is being referred to as “Brown Shirts Law.”
“There were several of us who wanted to talk about the camps, but the agents made it clear we would be arrested,” a psychiatric counselor told me.
“We were under orders not to say anything.”
The sources say security forces called themselves the “Brown Shirts.”
“It was a very submissive atmosphere,” the counselor said.
“Once you stepped onto the grounds, you abided by their laws – the Brown Shirt laws.”
She said the workers were stripped of their cellphones and other communication devices. Anyone caught with a phone was immediately fired.
“Everyone was paranoid,” she said. “The children had more rights than the workers.”
She said children in the camp had measles, scabies, chicken pox and strep throat as well as mental and emotional issues.

The U.S. Government has spent billions of dollars preparing a wide variety of protocols to respond to domestic emergencies. In addition to the Brown Shirt security teams currently in operation at migrant internment camps, the government has also stockpiled billions of rounds of ammunition, rifles, riot gear, armored vehicles, military drones and is believed to have set up hundreds of detention camps around the country in anticipation of events ranging from widespread civil unrest to natural disasters.
In the event of an emergency, the President, having authorized himself by Executive Doomsday Order, will have access to military assets, law enforcement, homeland security, and now a civilian policing force that is, apparently, ready to perform its job without questioning their complicity in covering up the spread of disease and who knows what else.
FEMA camps, believed to exist as a last resort in case the government has to round up and detain tens of thousands of people under a martial law declaration, will require very similar logistics as the existing migrant internment camps.
Now we know that, should you ever reside in a detention camp, there will be no information making its way in or out unless the message has been officially approved for dissemination. Anyone who fails to follow the rules and abide by Brown Shirts Law could have their career destroyed, be arrested or worse yet, charged under terrorism laws that, as the Brown Shirts of old may have referred to it, allow for a “final solution.”

LAREDO, Texas—Breitbart Texas caught an attempted illegal entry from Mexico on camera. The attempt occurred in broad daylight in the center of the Laredo, Texas. Two men can be seen crossing the Rio Grande River that separates the U.S. and Mexico on Texas’ southern border.
The stretch of the U.S.-Mexico border between Laredo, Texas and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico has been especially neglected by federal and state authorities and has become a hotbed of narco-trafficking activities for Mexican cartels, specifically the Los Zetas.
It is important to note that the area where the men crossed is one of the few staffed areas in what is known by U.S. authorities as the Laredo sector. A trusted Border Patrol source spoke with Breitbart Texas on the matter and said that the Los Zetas allow illegal immigrants to cross in the urban area, but prevent them from crossing a little further upstream. The source stated that the reason for this is that having a high number of illegal immigrants crossing in the urban area results in Border Patrol assigning agents to that area, thus leaving the upstream area without a law enforcement presence.
In addition to the trusted confidential Border Patrol source, Breitbart Texas spoke with Hector Garza, a local Border Patrol agent and spokesman for the National Border Patrol Council Local 2455. He stated that approximately 70 percent of the Border Patrol agents in the area were no longer on the line protecting or patrolling the border, but rather assigned to provide care for the unaccompanied minors and incomplete family units crossing illegally into the U.S. from Mexico. The Laredo sector has their own share of such crossings, but the federal government has been sending overflow from the Rio Grande Valley sector for Laredo sector agents to process.
After processing, the parent-agency of the U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, mandates that the incomplete family units are then released and provided with taxpayer-funded bus tickets to the U.S. city of the illegal immigrants’ choosing. Breitbart Texas recently released exclusive video showing the conditions in the Laredo Greyhound Bus Station.
